    At times, I cannot heal my submarine. I'm not in combat or other (no breaches)
    > tried logging out and in again -> nothing
    > no items can be used

    ..after 5-10 minutes it works again. what am I missing?

    ---------- and/or: "You can't escape PvE while you're under attack" -_- I'm not under attack :mad:

    Did you try switching map ? its buggy down there actually :), sometimes after fight with NPC u cant even chance preset.

    yep, tried that too. (even safe haven) -> nothing.

    This happen when a breach is activated on you - already reported bug.

    You'll have to complete a full logout in order to "fix" this issue.
