Bigpoint emails (phishing?)

Hello,

So someone from my guild got a email from bigpoint requesting all payments and details. I am attaching a rough translation from spanish to english. Is bigpoint requesting such info or it is a scam?

If you are running a boat that you did not originally start from scratch then the person who owned the boat originally is trying to recover it. Buying of accounts and sharing accounts is against the term and conditions of seafight and bigpoint

If the person you are referring to has not contacted Support on his own behalf then do not reply to that email, and please report it to the Support responsible for your language.
