    I mean like the new packs that have lvl 4 sellsword and guardian says you can buy just one pack and it will grant you access to the black market.

    Having checked this I can confirm that the description was in fact incorrect. the black market is available to all players. what the description meant to say was that buying the packs in question, you would be eligible to open the buccaneers bounty VIP market.

    In other words, if you buy the pack, you will open the buccaneers bounty market.
