    Where does everyone get the bloated jacque design from (the special elite VIP 1 with the tentacles wrapped around it)?

    I only see the Special Elite VIP 1 in the Buccanear's Bounty section of the market place.

    your fellow pirates are correct.

    In order to be able to see SS Special Elite VIP II you have to buy SS Special Elite VIP I first.

    Does that answer your query?
