    It says to click on the Blue Star to activate Submarine Action Items. Where is this Blue Star?

    The Blue Star appeared, but the items are surface items not Sub items when it is clicked.

    Ahoy USS_Defender(CAG-01)!

    Submarine action items have not yet been implemented to the game.

    The Blue star menu refers to the same place where you can find your Blackgunpowder, Shields etc.

    Hope that answers your query.
