Bugs - Goodness!

    There is a new one every day! Today I saw an "orange Question Mark" (no joke), that appeared on my screen while shooting a Splinterskull Warmaster! My icons periodically line up wrong. I cross maps with no banner/warning. Sometimes I activate my Sentinel, get sunk, and come back and my Sentinel is still there and can be used! <--(Players don't complain about it, but it's messed up). No longer does it do any good to report them in Forum. And Support is no help when I report them. They never tell you what becomes of your "report". (They may put it in their garbage can, for all I know). The end result is that your problem either fixes itself, or you have to live with it!:(

    P.S. I just posted this and then went back on the Sea chart. I clicked to activate a Light of Tortuga. It charged me for one, but did *not* give me one. (And BP wonders why people quit this game).

    i feel you my brother....*Edit* this may answer your question.......*Edit*....its all about the money.... and most of these players complain about this game but turn around and buy packs... my baby got debuffed and i play it once a week if that just a login boat....Rymar and the rest of the BP ppl on here are puppets and company ppl and will say whatever BP wants them to say.......so dont worry my brother ill say cause im not worried about these keyboard warriors running their games...blah blah blah....thats BP and company problem...they cant tell the truth...

    Ahoy The*Defiant,

    Within all games bugs will always appear and cause issues, We are aware that many bugs and problems are reported every day and we follow the proper procedures to Check, Test, and Report them. Bugs that can be re-produced similarly are then investigated and resolved.

    Yes, sometimes this may take longer than we wish but please be patient as a rushed solution may only do more harm.

    We may not always get around to notifying the players within the community individually about bugs being resolved that they reported, however, we always notify them about bug fixes within multiple platforms such as Patch Notes and Discord.

    Furthermore, Please understand what a bug is as many times players will report issues that are simply either server issues (which are then looked into i.e. Packet loss or Lag) or end-user problems.

    An End-user problem refers to the player having issues with their specific client for any number of reasons and this is something that can not be re-created and thus can not be resolved by the appropriate party.

    We are very thankful to the community for its continued support and for always reporting issues or bugs. If a recurring bug is found and the appropriate evidence is taken it can always be sent in and investigated and once fixed will be posted in the appropriate thread.

    I hope this gives a little more clarity to what goes into every bug report or game issue reported by the community and then processed by your moderator team.
