Can not changing my email adres

    I have this huuge problem changing my e-mail adres. I dont getting e-mails from account@service.bigpoint.com. so i cant not activate my new e-mail adres. I write 100 times to support solving this problem. The only thing they say is that i have to look in my spam-folder.
    I have a rented e-mail adres.
    I contact the domain-owner.
    They looked in my e-mail adres and couldnt find any emails from account@service.bigpoint.com.
    I write support again. I dont get answers anymore.
    The problem is not solved.
    I can not change my email adres or password.
    I can not activate my facebook account to my seafight account.
    I am very angry and dissapointed not getting help from bigpoint support.
