Cannons and harpoons won't fire.

Came back after a year off. My cannons and harpoons won't fire. For some reason, my rockets do. When I contacted "support" about it, I was told their usual response of "look in the forums".
So, I went through the tech announcement thread - all of the patchday notes for 2025 and 2026. I went through the official announcements and the tech issues threads. I even ran a "cannons won't fire" search in the general discussions, general feedback and general questions threads - and, even in the New Pirate Tutorial thread. Nothing. I cleared out my cache and logged back in. I don't mind searching the threads, but, I need to know which thread to search. Thanks.

Please check if you have your cannons equipped (correct ones, no Lava / Repair cannons on regular waters).

You can also check if you do not try to use Lava Ammo outside of ROK (this wont work in regular maps).

If your cannons are "on" you should be able to fire on any targer selected without any issues.

If that's not the case please provide your server and user ID so this can be reviewed.

My cannons are Bastions, Overlords and Thunder Bolts (all different levels). They are in the "equipped" mode. The ammo is set at hard boiled. The harps are set at steel. I've tried a few different ammos and damasks, but, I don't have any lava cannons. No lava ammo, either. A few lava harpoons. Thanks.

There is nothing wrong with your ship, you can use both ammo and harpoons without any issue.

In order to fire you need to click on your target and press fire button.
