Cannot Contact Support

I cannot contact support, it is telling me to "Activate Cookies" however it will not allow me to do so.

I need to contact support due to losing my login streak. I have been logged on (to the water) each day, going back at least a month, yet I logged on today to find my streak gone. Not sure why, but I haven't done anything to not earn my streak

Please be aware that the Streak is removed only if you miss a login within 24 hours on both home page and sea chart.

Your playtime (logbook) or login bonus on the water have nothing to do with the login streak.

In order to keep your login streak running you have to:

- Login at least once within 24 hours on the sea chart
- Login at least once within 24 hours on the home page

Example:

If you login at 10/09/2025 at 10:30 pm and you will play until 11/09/2025 1:30 am then 11/09/2025 won't count as login - even if you were on the water and played during that day.

You MUST logout / in at least once within 24 hours on both home page and the sea chart - if you fail even by 1 second your login streak will be lost.

I can confirm that this system works as intended - all of my accounts constantly keep login streak at 30 without any issues.
