Can't get Event Quest - By The Horns

    I just completed the 3rd quest from Monroe Robinson (From China with Love) but when I go to Feng Weisheng to get the next quest he just offers the trainers to buy and no quest. SH21

    2021-02-12 07:37:37 You received 40000 x Pearls.
    2021-02-12 07:37:37 Congratulations! Quest completed.

    Can you find out why I can't get this quest? ID and server are in my signature. Thanks.
