Can't get on the sea chart

I used a key of effort to open a chest and i did not received my items, and I have been trying to log on to the sea chart but cannot get.

Do you have any error messages displaying while trying to log onto the sea chart?

Please, if possible, provide us with a screenshot of your issue.

Regarding your Key of Effort issue you'll have to contact Support.

there is no issue to screenshot. When i click play nothing is happening.

 

Please follow this short instruction:

1. Uninstall your game client
2. Make sure to delete the install file
3. Download new client from the following link -> https://seafight-14-client.bpsecure.com/launcher/SeafightInstaller2.1.1.exe
4. Open newly installed client and let it update (let it run without trying to login)
5. When "Updating..." disappear please close your client and re-open it again
6. Try to login​
