Support Can't Start Lvl 12-13 Quests

Hello, just got to level 12. I cannot find/start the quest "Seagull Service" with Barnacle Ballard (SH-3) to start the 12-13 quest line.

Quests: Level 12 - 13 | Seafight

 

I had to accept the quest from him on map 2/1, even though the WIKI says SH3. Is this normal?

Not sure why I can't do the questline on any of the SH maps, can only accept/turn in the quest to him on 2/1.

Kinda annoying having to fight enemies on map 11-12 and going back to "safety map 2" to turn in quest and having to repair from (100k voodoo - 300k HP) to (700k voodoo - 1.5m HP) every time I leave the map and have to go back

I am glad you have managed to resolve your issue.
The problem appears to have arisen due to Barnacle Ballard now also being present in map 2 due to the reworking of the Caribbean section.

We will look into this further and aim to resolve it so as to not cause further confusion.

You should not have any similar issues regarding your progression through the level questlines however please inform me if you find any similar problems on your journey.
