Captains equipment

    How do you upgrade the captains equipment to the next tier, I have promoted one captain but can't equip them with anything cause it says my tier is to high

    You have to forge 2 lower pieces of equipment together to get one piece of a higher level. Put the piece of equipment you want to keep (high rep, luck or vitality) at the top and put a low value piece at the bottom (which you lose). Hit the forge button and you should get a higher level piece out of it. It is a VERY tricky operation. Sometimes, you lose value for the piece you want to keep. If you do it too often in too short a time period, you'll be losing values on the piece you keep - A LOT (I found out). To my knowledge, it's the only way you can get equipment for the higher tiers - but it can be very risky. You then go back to the captain's quarters and equip the captain of your choice.
