    Make it so a lvl 40 can't come down into map 20 and attack me make it so you if your lvl 40 you can attack 5 lvls below or up etc to give people and new players a chance constantly being bombed by ships that have 5m health one shotting my 1m ship ruins the game for people imagine being new lvl 5 and a lvl 40s constantly camping you for BP and his ships covers the map instantly
