Chat doesn't work

Hello. I have started playing on new server and my chat doesn't work. Its just no users in the room. I have writen /users and it says i am the only person in the room. I have tried with reseting menu and still didn't work.

Which language are you wanting to use? Is this language popular on the server you are logging on to. Remember players can chose which language to use on some of the servers.

 

Hello. I want to use the English languange. Where can i choose languange. I have tried selecting under account control my primary languange and i've puted it on English. Also when i log in (where you put your account name and password ) i've selected many times english. Tried also US. No changes. I am playing on global europe 5

 

Hello. can someone please explain why my chat box isn't appearing in my maps when Knobby42 is sitting right next to me and he has a chat box. Thank you.

global Europe 5 is a multi language server and there is very few English speaking players on that server, this maybe the reason why you are not seeing any chat.
this is unfortunate but there is nothing that can be done in this case
