Feedback Civil War: Pirates vs. Vikings

This is pretty silly. I've been on two straight days, and the "Elric Fletcher" npc (which rarely pops) came up twice, but both times, it was in some of the highest maps that I still can't reach. I know someone will just say: "You need to level-up higher than your current level 53", but give me a break! What about the lower-level players who need to complete the same quest I need (The Inner Voice - Finale)? This is not a very well-thought-out event. (But nevertheless, I'll get my remaining "event completion points" the hard way). I just wanted to point out this disparity. P.S. This may have already been mentioned: please add the "Elric Fletcher" spawn tab to the event, so we know how many npcs need to be sunk to spawn him. Someone dropped the ball, because we have the other two Super Admirals' spawn information, but not Elric's. Thank you.

I understand that this one is a little frustrating however, I can confirm to you that this is the final event quest so you do still have just over 2 whole days to get your Elric damage.

I have spoken with a number of players in exactly your situation and although Elric does often spawn in the higher maps, a little patience and perseverance will pay off.

Yesterday I was only on the seachart for a few short bursts and I saw him spawn in 11.1 and 49.1.

Keep checking your announcements tab just in case you miss a spawn on the seachart.
Another useful tip you may or may not be aware of is if you open your world map and hover over the maps, If an Elric has spawned and you missed the notification then any Elrics and other super admirals that may be present will be highlighted on the maps.

No daily quest for 2 days now.Why?

The daily quests ended with The Finale, and that's it there is no more quests.

If you are missing event points for your event completion you'll have to shoot some more NPCs.

I didn't know about the mouse over on the map for the super admirals. Cool!

Elric is on 46/2 on the mega server right now.

Also, After "The Final", I got a quest from Tyr called "Groove on, Norseman!"

But there is so many more quests not be able to do if you see under finish event quest? And as I wrote ealier only one at day not two? Strange. Not very good event!

 

Thank you for this information. And as I mentioned, we need the "rage" tabs to include *all* of the admiral and super admiral spawning information next time.

P.S. No, that suggestion didn't work just now for the "Elric Fletcher" super admiral. I tried it within 30 seconds of seeing the announcement to check it out. See below - and I tried it again after leaving safe haven, and it still does not work. Although you can't see my mouse in the screenshot, I assure you that it is hovering over Map 52-1, and there is no text message to read. Later, I checked a number of these "spawning npc notifications". Some do show up, and many do not. I wish the developers could get something - anything - to work consistently!

 

Fastest way to event point?

 

If you did all the quests and shot the required ships for the event completion you should have most of the required event points already.

Inner Voice Daily - 23 * 9k = 207k
Phase quests - 7 * 5k = 35k, 7 * 7.5k = 52.5k, 7 * 10k = 70k
NCP - 750 * 150 (very low average amount) = 112.5k

That's 477k. You would also get more points for your part of the admirals and super admirals that the quests required. You wouldn't have had to shoot much more to get the rest of the event points.

As mentioned in previous thread, the fastest and easiest way to obtain event points would be to shoot all event NPCs and do event quests (if you still have any available).

The event worked correctly since day 1 - regarding the quests, in short all available quests were accessible for ALL pirates.
