Client not working

    When opening the client, nothing happens when I click on most of the links. i.e. sechart, banners and support (reason why I write here and not directly to support).

    I have tried to restart my computer, clear cache and reinstalling the client, but the issue persist.

    Kindly advice.

    Ahoy Sea-Sea!

    We just had a server restart.

    Please follow this short instruction:

    1. Close your game client (sea chart and home page)
    2. Open your client once again - do not log in
    3. Updating... written in red should display
    4. Leave your client open for couple of minutes
    5. Once "Updating..." disappear try to log in

    Please let me know if that has resolved your issue.

    I can log in to the main page, but are unable to get on the seachart as the links provided, both the one on the top and those in the advertisement banners do not work. when clicking on the links, "loading" appears for less than a second in left top corner, but nothing more happens. All the other links. i.e. Home, Marketplace etc. are working.

    When clicking on the support link, I just get following message:
    502 Bad Gateway


    When clicking on the "New Server Ahoy" link on the banner, I just got the login page popping up (even though I'm already logged in) and when logging in on the new login page, I'm just logged in again on the main page, so now suddenly two main pages are opened at the same time?

    Can it having anything to do with my antivirus program Kaspersky? I have not had any issues before, but I do not know if the antivirus program, maybe automatically deletes some files it think is malware or virus? Anybody else using Kaspersky who have had problems?

    This has all happened after the server merges. Have never had any issues before.

    Please try the following:

    1. Uninstall client
    2. Delete installer file
    3. Install the following launcher https://seafight-14-client.bpsecure.com/launcher/SeafightInstaller2.1.1.exe

    Sea-Sea If that wont help could you please try adding Seafight to the "white list" within your Kaspersky antivirus?

    As advised in previous post, please try to add Seafight Client to your antivirus "white list".

    Please let me know if that worked for you.

    Could you please provide us with your server and use ID?

    After uninstalling kaspersky and uninstalling/reinstalling the client, I'm now able to get back on the sea chart. Apparently Kaspersky antivirus is an issue, and I think you should tell your developers about it as Kaspersky is used by approx. 20% of all PC's in the world.
