client version is outdated

since the restart i havent been able to log into the sea i keep getting client version is outdated both on the program and using web browser

I also have the "Your client version is outdated" message. I cleared by cache and restarted my browser (Chrome) and even restarted my Macbook Air but I still get the same message.

i think that the server was hacked into; everybody i know lost their whole inventory yesterday; I sure hope all of this gets corrected or we will all be sailing peanut ships that have straws for cannon's and shoot paper mache` balls
