Client version outdated??

    Hi all, currently having a problem getting on to the sea.
    using client or web, i can log on to the back page but when pressing start game i get a message of client version outdated.

    tried logging on laptop that works fine, tried updating my pc - no updates, cleared cache - nothing, uninstalled and reinstalled - nothing

    whats going on? is anyone else having same problem?

    Yepp, have the same problem. Either the client or change of browser seems to work, getting told too clear catche, did but still same result. So its one of the many fantastic problems need deal with too be a customer from bigpoint

    Man they cannot get it right for getting it wrong it is the same every time Event comes on and we go off it is pathetic

    Can't they ever get one thing right? I'm finishing 2 quests and this garbage happens: https://prnt.sc/v4sqnu
    (I guess it is too much to ask for this game to run correctly for 24 hours straight).

    got past that part by uninstalling and reinstalling client...now cant get past lost connection at 39%....seriously *** BIGPOINT???? it was running so well
