connection or link to players...

Literally think the whole system in chat ban and communication with the mods and admins etc is so broken in this game. I play a lot of games and this is the only one that genuinely makes myself and others I've spoken to want to quit game...you can't say anything, literally anything without being banned, and to discuss it, its such an ordeal.
A friend commented saying [edit] and myself have been bad for saying things like [edit] etc nothing of any sort is "bad" or derogatory or anything like that... you say anything its ban and yet the game lags and breaks and can't do symple syncs or updates...yet they wonder why the game has massively MASSIVELY died over the past few years... try sorting it from the top down guys ... bad job

Should you or your friend have an issue with any Chat Ban, or would like to write a complaint against a specific Moderator, comments about a chat rule, etc., I encourage you to write to our Support team so they can review the situation for you and take the necessary steps.

I would also like to take this opportunity to remind you that the posting of messages that have resulted in a chat ban are not to be posted in the public forum - these must also go to Support or placed in the Chat section of the forum.
