connection problem

    Hello a member of my guild has a connection problem on seafight. it is from Canada Province of Quebec their site does not respond on several computers and internet providers. he emptied his caches, etc ... only the seafight page does not respond ditto on another internet browser. he has contact with other people around him and they all have the same problem. this writes, proxy error
    this site is inadsecicle
