Crafting for level 5 One - Eyed Raven

Why can't I upgrade to level 5 One-Eyed Raven?
I purchased packages from payment, i purchased those packages because they contained the level 5 recipes and they have been useless for several months, while you entered at payment level 5 One-Eyed Raven.

Please be aware that not all levels have been yet implemented into our crafting system.

We have gathered some feedback regarding overall Crafting System which will be forwarded soon.

At the moment I can only ask you to be patient.

But there are level 5 one-eyed ravens, I have them on the ship and they could be bought from payment, I don't see why they can't be upgraded through crafting, considering that the recipes were introduced a few months ago at payment.
How much patience do I have?
I paid a few months ago, why did you take the money if it is not functional?
I did not see a disclaimer specifying that they are not functional when I bought them. Give me my money back.
