in this pack it still offers 30 days of cabin boys but if they have been removed from the game what relevance do these have and do they still make you faster at shooting?

Cabin Boys still lower the reload time by 40% for the duration they are on the account.

yes thank you, just one other thing before i go, the event code that was released yesterday SFTOMBCREEPER there are 15 event keys. what do they open as mine seem to open nothing on the maps ?

There is no Event Chests on the water at the moment, however as far as I am aware these will still be available for the next event which has Event Chests.

The current chests on at the moment are Treasure Chests and Lion Chests. You can see what all types of Chests look like and the potential rewards in the Chests/Chest Loot Table bible entry.

The Lion Chest is only available during Jolly Roger Events, the keys can be purchased in the Payment Area or the Black Market and they will remain on your boat until used.
