    Hi,

    Whenever I go to Fang Weisheng (Map 31/1) to attempt the Fallen Spirits quest, it's never there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    When you go to Fang Weisheng he normally has a good few things that you collect from him as a trade. Scroll right down to the bottom. You should see the quest Fallen Spirits at the very bottom .
