Hi, i have a question about PVP configuration. My defensive gems are dodge chance and damage prevention.
My battle ship have dodge chance about 98%. if im using it only for pvp do i need a damage prevention gem or can use another gem? As i know its only for pve.. Thanks!

    Ahoy PIMPA!

Both gems are working on PvP and PvE, damage prevention is important during fights too.

I would leave it on if you are wearing a mix of items (for example Ravens + Ablative).

But if you've decided to increase your HP to the max by switching your ship castle and using only ablative plating I would go with repair gem instead.

Thank you Rymar! Can i ask u one more question about gems in atlantis for PVP configuration, pls?
    Which one is better choice:
    Configuration 1
lvl 26 pranine 26% damage + lvl 26 bartin 13% torpedo hit probability
    Damage 395.5%
    Hit probability 151.33
    Critical damage 174%
    Critical hit probability70%

    Configuration 2
lvl 25 zanine 25 crit damage gem + lvl 26 bartine 13% torpedo hit probability
    Damage 369.5%
    Hit pr 151.33
    Critical damage 203%
    Crit hit probability70%

Pet gems are 24 hit prob + 24.75 dodge chance
    5 Mako launchers 5 lvl 5 + 1 zorax lvl 5
And is it bad idea to remove hit prob and add crit damage + damage?

    Ahoy!

When it comes to Atlantis I would focus on your hit probability (pvp, regular NPCs) more rather than damage.

When it comes to event NPCs I would check and then adjust my sub gems, Hit probability is always a must have, however damage do not seem to make much of a difference - that's why in such case I do run damage + hit prob. and check my damage on the NPC I plan to hunt, then change my gem over from damage to critical damage to see how big of a loss / gain I've got.

To answer your question I would go with Configuration 1.

Regarding the pet I would not mess with it, you've got the same one like me and I must admit it works very well.
