yesteday i do a most damage to this npc, but i dont receive design, is that correct ? here is my logbook

That is correct, you only have a chance of receiving the Design, if you do not receive the Design you will get Pearls. If you already have the Design and would of received it again, you will receive 6 x Firestorm Cannons Level 4.

I have reviewed your account and as you do not have the Design, you will either receive the Design or Pearls, as intended.
