    I put in the code given for phase 2. I received everything but the ship design Black Ram. What do I do to get that design?

    If you did enter the correct voucher code (provided via newsletter) then it must be on your account.

    Log out / in and check your design list - please be aware that Black Ram is an old design so it won't be at the top of your list.
