didn't get rewards from voucher

    Please post your user ID. Please note if you enter the code before the event starts you may have your keys exchanged for normal keys. Did you get some rewards or no rewards at all?

    this is my userid
    39/10551278 gb1 server i didn't get snowballs and other item it says on loogbook but no item recieved

    If they are in your logbook, you did receive them. There is nothing more that can be done. If you wish to continue to dispute this, please contact support.
