Although the Seafight Bible is in need of updating, here are a few types of ammo that will give you double elite points. These are mainly event ammo, which are usually only available during special events. Repair ammunition used to give double points until it was removed due to abuse.


Snowballs



This weightless cannonball explodes on impact, causing massive damage, and also gives you twice the elite points during certain events.
Damage: 75
(Event Ammunition - Available only on Special Events)



Footballs



These cannonballs weigh nothing, explode upon impact and cause serious damage. They get you double the elite points, and they inflict double the damage on NPCs during soccer events.
Damage: 75
(Event Ammunition - Available only on Special Events)



Pumpkin Balls



This weightless cannonball explodes on impact, causing massive damage, and also gives you twice the elite points during certain events.
Damage: 75
(Event Ammunition - Available only on Special Events)



Confetti



Confuse your opponents with a shower of confetti! and get twice the elite points for every volley fired during special events.
Damage 90
(Event Ammunition - Available only on Special Events)

 

This is something that @A-R-K-Y tested very recently and posted his results on discord, so maybe he could dig that up for us. If I remember correctly, the ammo that gave 2x ELP were:

Upgraded Explosives
Soccor Ammunition
Confetti
Pumpkin Ammunition

Note that ELP bonus from these ammunitions is not tied to events anymore. They will give x2 ELP wherever and whenever they are fired.

Snow Ammo - 1x ELP
Soul Eater Ammo - 1x ELP
Voodoo Ammo - 1x ELP
Voodoo Blast Ammo - 1x ELP
Voodoo Doom Ammo - 1x ELP

Confetti Ammo - 2x ELP
Kraken Poison Ammo - 2x ELP
Pumpkin Ammo - 2x ELP
Soccer Ammo - 2x ELP
Upgraded Explosive - 2x ELP
Upgraded Shrapnel Ammo - 2x ELP

Please keep in mind that during Events, other ammunition can provide double ELP too.
