    I'm currently in barracuda league but didn't receive elite level 25-27 it says its part of the reward but don't see where to buy those ships.

    these ship designs should be available in the in-game shop for a price of 1 gold.

    there is a longstanding problem with this pack that was never fixed.

    the problem was that you'd buy the pack but elite's 25-27 wouldn't be credited.

    As far as I know, this problem was never fixed and if you contact support with your ID they will be able to credit them to your acount :)
