    It's still there, I collected one earlier this week. Its a rare item though, and there have been times where I have used upwards of 400 keys before I got one.

    Ahoy,

    as Destruction has replied, ELP Booster can still be collected from Treasure Chests, for more information about what else you can find in Chests, read through our     Seafight Bible - Chests post.
