    There is no ammunition in my arsenal that can damage this "npc" for more than 15k
    Even elemental ammo hit very low ...
    Isn't it supposed to be shot with Aqua ammo ?

    Ever since those new maps arrived,this npc has remained the same,same dodge chance.
    They aren't even fixing the lag,never mind the dodge chance of this npc :facepalm: ...
