    A quick question: when empowering one captain with a second one, is there a way to be 100% certain the perk on Captain #2 is transferred to Captain #1? if not, which way gives the highest probability of success?

    When attempting to transfer captain's perk you have a base value of 10% chance, this however can be increased up to 45% using different "potions", more information here ->
    Click!

    The only way (100% chance) to move your captain perk onto another one would be by using one of the potions, Head and Tails, however please be aware that Head and Tails will remove one of your captain perks and just replace it.

    Here is an example:

    Captain A: Gambler Perk
    Captain B: Mapmaker Perk

    Captain A: Gambler Perk -> Empowering -> using Captain B: Mapmaker Perk + Head and Tails (potion) = Captain A: Mapmaker Perk

    As you can see in this example, Gambler Perk have been replaced with Captain B perk, (Gambler is lost).
