On sea we can see 2 cannons items.One for Sentinel,one for Overload cannons,then there is third one.How to get it and what is it?

And how to "upgrade" without spend any money?

It says:

• Possess at least 1 Captain at Elite Tier or higher.
• Is that lvl 10 or what?Not explained very good.

Captain chests can be won during some events (eg. last winter event), or Official Forum Games (no... not mini games) - we just had one during this Christmas.

In order to commission your captain it need to be at least Elite (purple) or Epic (orange).

If you wish to increase your captain tier you need to first gain maximum experience (level 10) and equip him with all required items.

So:

Tier1 -> Leve up to Level 10
Tier 1 + Level 10 -> Tier 2 Level 0
Tier 2 + Level 10 -> Tier 3 Level 0 etc.

How I see the colours? In order to commission your captain it need to be at least Elite (purple) or Epic (orange).

Your captains will have outer glow like shown in this picture (left on side):

There are five Tiers that a Captains can be:

1. Outcast (no glow)
2. Harmless (green glow)
3. Dangerous (blue glow)
4. Elite (purple glow)
5. Epic (orange glow)

To increase a Captains Tier, you shall need to Promote the Captain.

No - you can have 0 perks on your captain, it is the TIER that is important.

In order to commission your captain he / she have to be of Elite or Epic tier, please read the League of Captain's FAQ.
