where do we start the quest for the reputations?

I think no one knows the answer to this question yet. First we need to unlock something then the quest should appear or at least it was like that with previous ones

 

Quests are started in 31/1 once you have unlocked a trophy.

Fang Weisheng is the quest giver for the reputation quests.

Free online pirate game and yet you expect us to gather 10.000 Taurus amulets to open one of the Trophies. You might as well say, just spend a copple of hundred euro's to buy trophies. The amount of things you expect us to do are inhuman, and yet so it's said we are not allowed to use third party bots to do some tasks. Crazy game this is becoming

your fellow pirate is correct, quests can be started at Fang Weisheng (31/1) once you have unlock at least one of the new trophys.

As there is no further responce from the OP this thread shall be closed.
