Hey Rymar i see alot of ppl on the server i play get a time over 15 minutes on new group map, but when i go onto it with my guild members we got max 14:20, I want to know does it have any tricks or something to get good time or its just a luck by getting closer green zones ?

 

i think event experience 1 mil its to much
pls reduce at 1/2

 

I have 522k points now, i do the group map at least 10 times a day; it will be hard to finish this one.
Magical weapons dont drop as easy as they did, causing me to mis out on designs because i need to save the souls to buy them.
It is a big grind; and it takes the fun out of this event.

edit; i also do every mission available
if they lower it to 750k points that would be great

After 13:20 mark it is very hard to push forward, but as you've most likely noticed RNG (random parts of this map) play a major role.

You could be at the point of almost loosing but then the next green circle spawn right next to you lowering the amount of time needed to transport Fosegrim and allowing him to last longer (by healing inside of such circle).

Thank you for your feedback Capt'n! I am on 791 000 event points at this moment, Ancestral map seem best to do them + sink NPCs in Atlantis as almost every NPC provide 1 Ancient Emblem + some souls so you can purchase even more of them!

Will give atlantis another try, but i don't like it at all.

Gave it a try but came to senses that it would take me twice the time to sink 1 in atlantis than to do it on the open sea, and gives about the same amount of event points/souls.

 

Why is it even allowed to attack Fossegrim in phase two? Nobody reads the forum and the objective isn’t clear, there’s always someone attacking instead of protecting him

 

Rymar what about this souls? Whats gonna happen? I farm 20K of each soul+-, waitin for shop refresh and nothin. At the end of event will be compensation? With pearls that dont have any value anymore?

Thats how this was designed back in the days, it need cooperation and understanding. It is best to do it as a guild to avoid issues like that.

Perhaps you should try to reach out to some players / guild and then try to complete this map once again (this time in a correct way).

Already done, bought everythink - just not for submarine - dont see any reason to buy thinks for it when i cant even do quests down there cuz so much good players - only waste of resources for submarine crew, so yeah... I bought everythink - its little bit boring - like i start 2 months ago a in this event there was multiple shop - like 3 day roll i think

Thank you for lowering the event points for completion. Better late than never, but I just wish they would have reasonable goals from the start vs these changes near the end.

 

You nailed it Mr.B i was killing myself trying to get to 1million event points, and running out of aura's was horrible I got chained so bad i just logged off the water

Event points has been "decreased" for everyone down to 750 000 (749 999 to be exact if you had more than this amount) - to make sure that everyone can finish their event completion.

Were any of these quests rewarding us with 20k+ in event points? I don't see how we are supposed to even get to the "newly revised" 750k point goal. Some of the quests pay only 500 or 1,000 points. I am at a bit under 300k, and I'm certainly not going to shoot npcs that pay around the "newly revised" 350 in event points per ship, in order to make a dent in the 450k I still need. (I received close to 10k per trip going into the group maps, but those are limited by the increasing ancient emblem cost). I am curious as to what others are doing to meet the goal. Thank you.
