Event Changes:

• We have limited the amount of Event Admirals that can be within each map
• We have added Plato Coins as a reward to Event Admirals
• For your convenience, Event NPCs now use the same ammunition that you need to use on them for extra damage
• We have removed some Shop Packages that should not have been visible (Toxin's, Cursed Souls)
• We have changed the currency required for the Catalyst Chamber to the Catalysing Star
• If you are level 20 or below, you can now earn a small amount of Solon coins from the Event NPCs within your region
• Improved the respawn rate of Event Chests and Shipwrecks
• We have fixed the issue of empty chests within the Legendary Treasure group map
• The Overloaded with Treasure debuff now applies correctly in the Legendary Treasure group map

How to buy them ? !

Right now NPCs are firing at you the same ammunition that you are supposed to fire at them.

So if NPC hits ya with Burning Ice Ammunition you now know (without checking forum) which ammo to use against this NPC.

These are old designs that cannot be purchased as Cursed Souls cannot be obtained.

We have forwarded a request to remove these designs as well.

Supply Crates (quest item) can be obtained from Ruthless Cartographer NPC.

Quality Grog (quest item) can be obtained from Renown Cartographer NPC.​

I have 4 out of the 5 map puzzle pieces. Not high enough in ship level to get the Top-Right Map Piece. Is there going to be a puzzle piece buy in the shop/store for us get puzzle/map pieces we can't get?

 

During this Event - concerning Bot behavior patterns: I saw this today, and it reminded me of another boat doing the same thing a week or two ago. He was moving in an "X" pattern. If you think about it, it makes a lot of sense mathematically, hunting Event ships in this manner on a Map. The guy kept coming to the center (where I just happened to be - around coordinates BG 28) and since he had the "Red Badge of Honor"...I mean "Shame", I sank him constantly while I shot Event NPCs. I lost count at around 20 sinks. (He never fired back at me...how odd)!!!! Guess the Scar system needs a bit more adjusting!

With all due respect, the first few words state it: this is feedback regarding this Event.

 

Even with readjustment, it is still very little. I just killed a Prophet alone, see my rewards.

2023-06-07 06:05:36You received 185 x Plato's coin.

Now if you look at the packs on the Black Market you will see that the proportion of Plato's Coins is much higher than Solon's Coins.

In summary, what I mean, it still needs to improve. Either adjust the rewards, or change the values of the black market packs.

 

In my opinion, the Mapmakers Shipwrecks are a nice addition with nice payouts. Thank you!

Event Changes:

• We have added a package into the Shop so you can convert Solon Coins and Plato Coins
• We have added to the highest Admiral of your level the chance to obtain Map Pieces from higher level admirals (e.g. if you are level 25, you can earn the Map Piece that would have dropped from Level 41+ in your admiral).
• Likewise, for those level 20 or below, you can earn the map pieces from your event npcs.

Maps and Plans quest item can be obtained from all NPCs in "lower maps".

In my case it was Bloodfang Cartographer.

How are we supposed to complete the quest 'finish 1x treasure cove' if the queue is permanently empty?

 

What is the Treasure Cove?

Monroe offers the Monsters one and another called Infested Lair. The FAQ has the Monster one and another called Legendary Treasures.

Treasure Cove is a group map, if you click on Infested Lair it will display the correct name right on side.

I played the Treasure Cove groupmap multiple times but it never counted for the quest, is this a bug maybe?
I've stayed in it the whole 10 minutes couple of times also killed everyone on it multiple times nothing works.
