Gathering Greed​

The event starts at Friday, 2nd June at 12:00 noon and ends Thursday, 22nd June at 12:00 noon.

All times are local server times.

The Gathering Greed event features the following:

• 7 NPCs and 3 Admirals
• Shipwrecks and Mapmakers Shipwrecks
• Event Chests
• 30 Event Quests (27 normal and 3 repeatable every 12 hours)
• A new Legendary Treasures group map!
• The Pirates vs Monsters group map

General Info

Within this event there shall be five map pieces to collect from NPCs, that when collected will grant you access to the new Legendary Treasures group map.

Ruthless Cartographer can be found on the maps 2 to 5.

Crimson Cartographer can be found on the maps 6 to 10.

Blizzard Cartographer can be found on the maps 11 to 15.

Bloodfang Cartographer can be found on the maps 16 to 20.

Renown Cartographer can be found on the maps 21/1 to 30/1, with the Revenge Catographer spawning after a number of Renown Cartographer have been defeated.

Windy Cartographer can be found on the maps 31/1 to 40/1, with the Unchained Cartographer spawning after a number of Windy Cartographer have been defeated.

Desert Cartographer can be found on the maps 41/1 to 50/1, with the Prophets Cartographer spawning after a number of Desert Cartographer have been defeated.​

Important Dates

Phase 2 of the event starts on 9th June which contains more quests.

Phase 3 of the event starts on 16th June which contains even more quests.

Map Pieces - where and how to obtain them

Central Map Piece can be obtained from a Mapmaker’s Shipwreck or the quest line.

Top-Right Map Piece can be obtained from a Desert Cartographer, Prophets Cartographer, or regular Atlantis Admirals.

Top-Left Map Piece can be obtained from Renown Cartographer, Revenge Cartographer, Windy Cartographer or Unchained Cartographer.

Bottom-Right Map Piece can be obtained from Blizzard Cartographer or Bloodfang Cartographer.

Bottom-Left Map Piece can be obtained from Ruthless Cartographer or Crimson Cartographer.​

Event Treasure Chests

In the Event Treasure Chests you find many useful items, like Torpedo Hydrax II, Torpedo Sword II, Dragonfire level 2, Crystal, Chi-Chi Sticks, Carpenter level 5, Submarine technician level 2, Shellshock Torpedo level 2, Blueprint for Amarax level 2, Blueprint for Mombu level 2, Submarine Explorer, or Blueprint for Marko level 2 among others.​

Shipwrecks

The shipwrecks must be shot with harpoons.

The player who inflicts the most damage gets many useful items such as Aer Ammo, Ignis Ammo, Terra Ammo, Hailstorm, Taureau Amulet, Steel Harpoons, or Bastion Level 4, among others. ​

Mapmaker Shipwrecks

The Mapmakers Shipwrecks must be shot with harpoons.

The player who inflicts the most damage has a chance to get a Central Map Piece.​

Ammunition

Burning Ice ammunition causes much more damage than other ammunition against Desert Cartographer and Prophet Cartographer.

Aer ammunition causes much more damage than other ammunition against Blizzard Cartographer and Bloodfang Cartographer.

Aqua ammunition causes much more damage than other ammunition against Ruthless Cartographer and Crimson Cartographer.

Ignis ammunition causes much more damage than other ammunition against Renown Cartographer and Revenge Cartographer.

Terra ammunition causes much more damage than other ammunition against Windy Cartographer and Unchained Cartographer.​

Pirates vs. Monsters (group map)

Vist Jack Hawk to gain access to the Players vs. Monsters group map, it is free to enter.

This map is a PvP survival style map in which you aim to stay alive for as long as possible against other players (or monsters).

Once inside the map you will not be able to use your cannons to attack or any action items other than the Rogue Wave and Monster Rage action items.

The icon to the right-side of your ship displays your health, using the Rogue Wave and Monster Rage on other players and monsters damages them and lowers their health.

Once a player loses all their health, they respawn as a Monster, with the goal to kill the remaining players.

Players can inflict damage using Rogue Wave which is gained when you enter the map, and Monsters can inflict damage using Monster Rage which is gained when you turn into a Monster.

Phase 1 begins when you enter the map.

This phase is a free-for-all deathmatch and during this phase you will get a large number of points towards the Ranking for killing another player.
This phase ends and phase 2 begins when the first player has been killed and turns into a Monster.

In phase 2, players must work together to stay alive as long as possible against the monsters, while the monsters have to try kill the players.

Monsters gain a large number of points for the Ranking by killing players, and players gain points by the number of seconds they survive as a player.

The group map ends when all players have become Monsters, or the map duration countdown ends.​

Legendary Treasures - Group Map

You can access the group map by speaking to Monroe Robinson once you have all of the required Map Pieces and used them to purchase the Ancient Emblem in the in-game Shop.

There are three available roles: Damage, Tank, and Healer.

Each group can have a maximum of two players per role, allowing for configurations such as 2-1-1 or 2-2.

Both submarines and ships have the flexibility to choose any of the three roles.

The boss, known as Golden Devisor, whom you will find on the map possesses a powerful attack that can stun players in place.

After you have damaged the Golden Devisor a certain amount, Aurik Avengers will appear on the map.

Aurik Avengers drop a substantial amount of loot, providing players with valuable rewards.

However, players will also receive a debuff called "Overloaded with Treasure."

This debuff slows down the affected player for the duration of their time in the Event Group Map and stacks multiple times.

Additionally, Aurik Avengers drop a special item called the Gilded Key when a player deals the most damage.

This key is used to access special rewards from golden treasure chests.

However, the Gilded Key is removed from a player's inventory if they leave the map.

The map ends when Golden Devisor has been defeated.​

Quests

You can accept quests by speaking to Monroe Robinson and Emily Davis on the Safe Haven.

Within Phase 1 there are 9 quests and 1 repeatable quest.

Phase 2 adds another 9 quests and 1 repeatable quest, and Phase 3 adds a further 9 quests and 1 repeatable quest.

The repeatable quests are reset every 12 hours beginning at 12 noon (local server time).​
