Bug Gems being lost on ships

    Good afternoon, I spent about 90 dollars making level 26 gems, and when I put them on finally, I logged off, and then they were removed from my account and were gone when I got back on. I would like to know why, and if its possible to receive my gems back, which I paid for.

    Look in your logbook maybe someone has access to your account and did something with it ? Either way they are used or you removed them from your ship in that case they are not lost

    They are neither on my ship, they are simply gone, and this has happened to me on more than one occasion. As you can see I added the gem. And it's gone.
