Genie's Lamp Question

    Twice lately I clicked on the Lamp and he appeared. But both times I have gotten the following screen (thus, I cannot accept a quest for his offerings):

    When I click on it, every choice is grayed out and cannot be accepted. Any idea as to why this is? Thank you for your time and help.
