    I'm sorry to say this but global chat is a hot mess, it should be english, and it never stops, what happen to chat bans but instead a CM comes on and says english only and they still keep going, why is it so hard to stop this nonsense....is it that bad that CM won't do their job.... create another chat room where they can talk, I'm sick of it, don't make rules if you won't enforce them,it's bad enough some players get away with everything else at least fix the chat...smh
