Global Quest Window Bug (Locked Filters) / Level 38 Quest Disappeared

Hello,
I am experiencing a serious issue with my account that is preventing me from progressing in the game. I recently reached Level 38 and accepted the first main quest, "The Mad Dog" (Cão Louco), through the Global Quest Window in the top menu.

However, the quest had a location bug when trying to redeem it. Following some guidance, I clicked "Cancel quest" to try and re-accept it while inside the Safe Haven SH-8 (map 36/2).
The problem is that after cancelling it, the Global Quest Window got completely stuck in a loop:

1. All 5 icon filters (Bag, Compass, Fish, Crown, Skull) are automatically selected with a checkmark at the same time.
2. The left sidebar list is completely blank/empty.
3. If I uncheck the filters manually, they all automatically recheck themselves every time I close and reopen the window.
4. I have already tried clearing the cache, switching browsers, logging in via the Unity client, and clicking "Reset menus", but the visual freeze of the 5 filters persists and the quest "The Mad Dog" has completely disappeared, meaning I cannot accept it again either in map 38 or in the Safe Haven and, even pirate Nelson Murphy ( I dont know if he has got somethingto do with the missions in level 38 ) ), isnt there.

Could you please check the status of my quest line in your backend system and, if possible, manually reset my Level 38 quest line so the system makes "The Mad Dog" available to me cleanly again?

Upon reviewing your account we can see that you aborted the quest "The Mad Dog" and never returned back to the quest giver Nelson Murphy (the quest display correctly, please see picture below).

The issue mentioned by you is not a bug, this menu is supposed to reset when you close / reopen it again.

Please be aware that the quest menu found in the top right corner will display the quests only if you are in correct SH and only if you are within a certain radius of that quest giver, that's why I recommend following EN forum quest line found here -> Click! rather than using quest log menu.

Simply take a look at the quest line and sail to the quest-giver mentioned within our post to accept your next quest.

Ya re right indeed, KnivesMcGhee, Nelson Murphy or The Dark Cook which is his real name? Why does he introduce himself with a different name in each and every region of the game? Hmm strange...
