Got debuffed for BOT but never used any BOT

    Hi, on my account Azura8354, i got the debuff botter caught and scar bot 1 while i never used any bot, third party or even VPN to cheat in any way, i tried to message support for help but they didn't answered for the past 2hours, i need help to solve this issue

    I can show proof that i didnt even used any cheats or any hack or even bots to play the game, i only play by hands

    Please remove the debuff, i can show my entire files if yall want, even my dowloads or anything like that

    Thanks for your time and if i'm in wrong categories, sorry, i dont use a lot the forums

    We do not deal with any sort of debuff applied by the devs within forum.

    I am glad to hear that you already contacted Support, you will have to wait to hear back from them.
