    as ever there seems to have been a payment glitch on big points part .
    many people from different servers have tried to buy theses packs and nothing happened .they did not recive there items BUT there money went to bigpoint ,,,theses ships have been taken of the water while big point sort THERE problem out .
    this I feel as been a bigpoint error not customers merits no excuce to temp stop theses customers from sailing there accounts !
    do bigpoing realise this in the eyes of a bank or court could be deemed cash fraud ???
    and banks cant prove yet again cash has been exchanged,and no items recieved could equal big problems for themselves .
    thank you for taking the time to read this lets hope its thought about.
    this I feel this is just not good enough and bigpoint must address theses matters better .
