    All NPC sank during Hammer Time Quest were reset to zero, all Glaum remained.

    Ahoy USS_Defender(CAG-01),

    I am unsure as to the issue you are having but please correct me if I am mistaken.

    I believe your quest reset while you were in the middle of completing it and had to restart it.
