    Hello, is the Harpoon Reload Time been changed? I feel that the Harpoons loading slower than yesterday?

    I have checked it, I have full in Skills and Max in Castel. But the reload time is like 3 seconds ? That could not be correct?

    Have your cabin boys expired? Because they increase harpoon speed.
