    I am wondering why that the Harrowstorm pops 3 minutes just before restart, with no chance to take it down.

    Ahoy,

    That was a coincidental outcome caused by changing the daily reset time. We were informed of this by other players and have already forwarded the information along to see if we can get the respawn time of the Harrowstorm adjusted.
