    Just checked the damage from Hollow Ammunition on Hollow Lord NPC, everything works fine.

    HUM...well...with flares I am hitting around 260 k...with hollow I am hitting about 75k

    That's normal. Basic damage for Flare Ammunition equals 75, even if Hollow Ammunition Damage would be double then this ammunition would have only basic damage of 40.
