Avoiding aspartame (google it its bad stuff)
Ok you need 1 x 2lrt jug, 8 un-waxed lemons, 15 teaspoons of sugar, 1 table spoon of honey, boiling water
first zest the lemons into the jug, then fill half way with boiling water, leave to stand for 5 mins.
now tip in the sugar and honey stir well.
juice the lemons into another jug then when all done using a fine mesh sieve to strain the pips etc into the main jug tip the pips etc back into the juicing jug and pour some boiling water over over them let it stand for another 5 mins then strain again the fluid into the main jug top up to the top with boiling water.
When cool cover the top and place in the fridge.
To use tip a small amount into a glass then top up with water (carbonated water is my grandsons favourite fizzy drink)
its a bit tart and make your child's cheeks pucker but the will love it
including the concentrate it will make about one and a half gallons of lemonade.
    Enjoy

If you are cooking with lemons and using the zest then it has to be un-waxed. In the UK every supermarket stocks un-waxed and waxed Keep the un-waxed in the fridge. and yes I do make a good lemon bar, lemon toffee, etc all so lemon goes well in a hot chilli, salad dressing, seafood sauces and many many other things
