It was midnight that they didn't appear.

When the event started the event quests were restarting at midnight - which was incorrect.

This has been rectified, the event quests reset at 12 noon as per most of the events within our game.

I can confirm that quests did appear at 12 noon - as these should.

Please visit your event quest-givers once again.

Mine did. So in about 5 hours time,they will come again.

 

Yes, the did appear after noon. Since the change from midnight to noon was not announced anywhere, I was reporting them missing based on what they had been doing. I also see that the event itself is also showing as ending at noon vs midnight that it had been showing. All good, but maybe it should have gone into the patch day notes?

We do not have any official statement on changes done to the event, our FAQ state that quests should reset at 12 noon and they do right now.

The event begun to quickly and quest reset time was set incorrectly - which has been corrected.

Everything works fine on my end (browser) if your issue is still ongoing please check your internet connection, and if that's ok please contact Support.

2 times now I picked up an eventchest which was empty.

i cant send massage through Support, it's always page not found when i click "send". i wanna talk about my account

 

Changed a lot. Still errors and fails,grafic and so on but mods wont listen the, way I see it. Event every 2-3 days..Some approvement but still bots and cheats. So basic like old times.
